Beta Reader + Tests

Hey, guess what. There's this new...option, or something, on ff.net - Beta Reader. It's kinda cool. Had fun browsing through different categories, being a busy-body, poking my nose into people's profiles...lol. Had fun, at least until my mum shot me a glare and poked my poor Science textbook, mouthing, 'Study. NOW.'

Bleh. Why must we have tests and exams every two months or so? They're so troublesome and takes away precious time that could've been used for something much better, in my opinion. Haha.

Four tests on Monday...wish me luck. 'Cause if I get anything less than A2, or maybe B3 for ANY subject, it's tuition for me. Ouch.

Yes people, I'm still tuition-free. For now. Must enjoy my last week of freedom while it lasts.

Sigh.

Geramnya...!

Ok, that's it. That darn teacher first let me into the koperasi without a hitch, then starts using me as an example for the other, more experienced koperasi members (which didn't sit well with them, thank you very much), tells me that she wants to train me to be her secretary/treasurer next year, and NOW she puts me in charge of collecting newspaper fees from teachers and students who could just as well be walking all around the school?

Bloody perfect. As if I haven't enough to do. Hmph.

Not even mid-year, and already I'm wondering HOW can possibly cope with so much...

gloom

Monthly test in a fortnight...post-PMR 'holiday' is now officially over. Sigh.

Teachers are slave-drivers, rushing us like no tomorrow ('hurry up girls, we're far behind!' 'Keep quiet and look at the board, we've to cover this topic before xx/xx/o8!'). I mean, sheesh. Not entirely our fault that we're left behind, is it?

So yah. CNY was over before I could blink and was quite uneventful, in general. Except for the fourth day which I spent in Perak. Dad promised a fun time catching crabs, but it never happened (for which I was half thankful, because I definitely don't wanna get my fingers or toes clamped!). Though the hunt at night more or less made up for that. Thoug I'm still (half) sorry we didn't make it on time to set traps for the crabs. My mum said it was a rare opportunity to go catch some. Oh well.

PS: Thanks, Wan Qian-senpai for helping me with the codes and stuff =P I owe you one...no, two. Or maybe a dozen.
